Visa Support Letter Request for RTSS 2025

The IEEE Real-Time Systems Symposium (RTSS 2025) will take place December 2–5, 2025, in Boston, MA, USA.

Instructions

To request a visa support letter, please read the following carefully:

You must either have a finally accepted paper (conditional/shepherded is not sufficient), or have registered and fully paid your conference fee. The email used here should match your RTSS’25 registration or paper submission.
Fill out the form completely, then click “Submit.” Approved requests will receive a PDF visa letter via email.
Processing typically takes 3-5 business days, but may take up to 7 days. Contact the Local Arrangements Chair if you require expedited processing.
Visa letters will only be provided in PDF format. Hard copies will not be issued.
Visa letters are only issued for RTSS’25 and do not include sponsorship, financial guarantees, or other documentation.
Applicants are responsible for checking U.S. visa requirements. RTSS organizers will not contact or appeal to embassies or consulates on your behalf.
If your visa is denied or you are unable to travel, a registration refund is not guaranteed and will be evaluated case-by-case.
